    This Best Buy has a smaller selection than a lot of locations. On the positive side the sales staff is friendly and doesn't pressure you. I used to avoid a Best Buy where I lived before because of their hard sell tactics. I wish all the locations were run like this one. The pics below are of the store gearing up for Black Friday.

    I unexpectedly needed to replace a computer with tons of important documents on it. Needless to say, I was stressed out and ready for the worst. Dino was AMAZING at helping me determine the problem with my machine, help me find a good fit for a new machine and made the process of transferring all my data smooth and easy. He gave me an estimate of when it would be ready and it was done sooner! All the while he was understanding, friendly and pleasant. Theresa helped me get Microsoft office set up and was extremely friendly and pleasant to work with when I picked up the new machine. All around excellent first experience with Geek Squad. Thank you guys!

    Had to exercise the maintenance contract and have my daughter's laptop fixed. They decided to replace it but I was somewhat paranoid about the process never having done it before. There was no reason to be concerned. The sales rep and the geek from the geek squad (not really a geek -- actually a very knowledgeable professional with excellent customer service skills-LOL), set a new standard in customer service. I'm a former national sales training manager for a Fortune 500 and when I see great customer service, I have to let the company know. Great job Best Buy...you deserve the name..
