  I wandered into the Diamond Center in June 2017 to purchase a gift for my wife for our anniversary. I was immediately impressed with how friendly everyone was and was given exceptional service in purchasing a pendant and necklace for my wife. I wish I remembered the name of the gentleman that helped me because he was great. Fast forward to this past fall (2017) and I was finally able to give my wife her 10 year anniversary gift (even though we'd been married for 11.5 years) in a new, larger diamond for her ring. We were helped by Jessica R. & Christine M. who put up with my bad humor that I used to cover up for the fact that my dream of paying off my student loans early was evaporating into my wife's eternal (yeah right) happiness through a new diamond on her ring. They took the time to show us a variety of stones cuts, sizes and prices as we made "our" decision. At no point did they pressure us in any direction and they were more than happy to offer many options. Eventually, my wife found "the diamond of her dreams" and we purchased it. Upon arriving back the ring and diamond were perfect and they took her old, original diamond and put it in a pendant for her. Overall a great experience working with Jessica R. and Christine M. Because of their excellent service, we hope that the bosses will buy everyone donuts, hot chocolate or just hand out bonus checks at the next morning meeting.... The customer is always right, correct? :-) Jewelry can be hard to buy but they make it an enjoyable, unintimidating experience and we highly recommend The Diamond Center.
