  Just got done at the store after buying a chair and tables, met the owner, Larry Siker, and he was amazing! Very nice and personable! The sales ladies were all really nice and helpful! We will definitely be back to fill our furniture needs and will definitely recommend to friends!

  As nearly every other review has stated, VERY big customer service issues. Owner treated me like I was a thief because of a pricing issue he personally offered me. I did not argue for a price, I did not become unruly. The literal sentence I said was, "I do not feel comfortable paying sticker price" (because everyone knows, you don't)... This escalated up to an embarrassing scene from the manager and one of their sales women ending with her storming off and bad mouthing me to another employee (next to my family that I arranged to help move the couch). Not a smart move to do in front of other potential customers that you have not pissed off yet. I regretfully sucked it up as we made up our mind on this couch and made the purchase with the extremely polite woman that I originally spoke with. During this transaction, I could see the other sales woman bad mouthing behind my back throughout the entire purchase. Wow! I'm sure this woman is just an unhappy person (which is okay) but you sales is not the job for you. The owner was very unapologetic through and through. I have made it a point to warn coworkers, family and friends about this embarrassment of a local business and will continue to do so.
