  If you don't feel like waiting forever for your new bed to be delivered- go somewhere else! Sales reps cant tell you when anything will be delivered they know absolutely nothing about the delivery times available. Then when you do get an email from the steinhafels delivery team- they pick the most inconvenient time in the middle of the work week. When you call customer service to reschedule they cant reschedule for a later time in the same day- it has to be for a date that's pushed out much further from your original delivery date. If you work full time and during the day - this causes a huge inconvenience, especially due to the fact i have to wait another 7 days to get my bed delivered on top of the 7 i have already been waiting for it.
